Cancellation fees:

Up to 60 days b4 departure no cancellation fee.
45-60 days b4 departure $500 USD non-refundable deposit, plus 1 night hotel stay
less than 45 days b4 departure $500 USD deposit plus full hotel stay (about $1900)
